A family roofing company built on trust

Rowan Roofing is a family business run by Nicky Rowan from 46 Station Road in Cardenden, Fife. We have been trading as Rowan Roofing for 16 years, and the family behind the business brings over 50 years of roofing experience between us. Those are two different numbers, and we keep them that way: one is how long this business has been going, the other is how long our family has been on roofs.

We work for homeowners. That shapes everything about how we operate. There are no layers of sales staff or call centres; when you ring, you speak to the people who will come and look at your roof, write your quote and carry out the work. We would rather explain a problem plainly and let you decide than push you towards a bigger job than you need.

New roofs are the work we specialise in and enjoy most, but we handle all types of roofing: repairs to slate and tiled roofs, flat roofs on extensions and garages, chimney and lead work, and guttering, fascias and soffits. Whatever the job, we survey first, put the work in a written quote and leave the site tidy when we finish.

From Cardenden we cover Fife and our three core cities of Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee, and we travel up to 50 miles for the right job. You can find us Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and on Saturday mornings from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
